Resolve Global provides consulting services in the tourism, cultural tourism, community and resources sectors with the aim of delivering sustainable solutions for clients to complement environmental and operational objectives.

Resolve Global’s clients include private operators, tertiary institutions, State and local government and the not for profit sector.

Skill Base

Resolve Global’s skills are drawn from diverse education degrees, over 30 years of experience in planning, policy development and project management, the fields of protected area management (terrestrial and marine), strategic tourism development, facility design, construction and procurement, environmental and geological tourism, and outdoor recreation planning. Resolve Global implements a policy of continuous theory and field education, to maintain a contemporary skills position.

Broad Based Experience

Resolve Global has an enviable track record, having undertaken major projects in eco and nature-based tourism development involving site assessment; concept planning, feasibility assessment; land assembly; project management and developer procurement.

Resolve Global has developed a range of contemporary research / assessment models which enable accurate and analytical assessment of the development potential of eco and nature-based tourism facilities and accommodation opportunities.

Applied Resources

Resolve Global has established collaborative and alliance working relationships with a range of specialist consultants and research institutions that provide an integrated resource base, and include; environmental planning, economic and social valuation research, design and engineering services in the areas of resource development, urban and regional planning, property development and cultural heritage.

 



Resolve Global provides three interrelated services:

 

Process management:

Advice on and establishment of project framework and governance structures; delivery of consultation requirements (community, stakeholder, industry and government); strategy development; project coordination, and project monitoring and performance evaluation.

Project design:

Development of individually designed project methodology and research approaches for strategic and planning projects; project design and planning and project management. Research areas include outdoor recreation; protected areas; community; marketing; visitation; and social, environmental and economic valuation.

Technical services:

Provision of outdoor recreation research and planning services; tourism masterplanning and strategic planning (at site, regional and State levels); sustainability planning, visitor services planning; land assembly and feasibility assessment; development procurement; business development and business planning for nature-based and eco-tourism development, protected area planning, heritage planning and outdoor recreation projects.
